ML Series of Linear Single-Stage Modules

This series is destined for cooling linear heat sources such as semiconductor laser arrays, multi-element detectors, rectangular microchips and other oblong electronic and electro-optic elements. Now this series is supplemented with a new line of high efficient cascade modules having advantage of identical top and bottom substrates dimensions and enlarged ΔT value. Over 100 new cascade configurations are available based on ML04, ML06 and ML10 series.
